TIPSPORT EXTRALIGUE

CHAMPIONSHIP OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC 2017/2018

(hereinafter also referred to as “Tipsport ELH”)

PART 1 – REGULAR PART

In this part of the competition, the teams coincide with each other, ie each team in this part will play 52 matches. The task of this part of the competition is to determine the order of the teams for the second part. The order of the teams will be determined in accordance with Article 417 of the Competition and Disciplinary Rules of the ČSLH (hereinafter referred to as the “SDR”). During this part the order is determined according to Article 416 of the SDR.

Matches are played in a three-point system according to Article 403 of the SDR.

With a three-point system, Points are awarded as follows:

(a) three points for the cooperative for victory after the end of the regular game time,

(b) one point to each cooperative for the indefinite condition after the end of the basic playing time,

c) the additional point will be awarded to a team that wins in an extension or in separate races to determine the winner,

(d) No point for a lost game in basic game time.

If the winner of the match is not determined at the basic game time, the game is played in the decision according to Article 404 of the SDR, with a five minute extension immediately after a three-minute break without the play of the game. Both teams enter with one goalie and three players in the field, the teams do not change the sides before the prolongation. For the extension, the special rules according to Article 406 of the SDR apply.

If the goal is not extended, separate raids follow to determine the winner of the match according to Article 407 of the SDR

Determining the ranking of teams

Article 416 SDR

The ranking of the teams at the time when the competition or part of it is not finished is determined by:

a) a higher number of points,

b) higher goal difference,

c) Higher number of goals scored.

Article 417 SDR

The ranking of teams after the competition or part of the competition between cooperatives included in the same competition group shall be determined:

a) Higher total score.

b) Where two or more teams have the same number of points, their ranking will be determined by the results of the matches played between the teams by the miniaturization. If the same number of points has more teams and these teams do not have the same number of matches, (d) of this Article.

c) If the equality of points from the mutual matches of these cooperatives persists, then the achieved goals will be applied; in this case, the number of goals received will be deducted from the number of goals scored and the team with a greater positive difference or with a smaller negative difference will get higher ranking; if such teams have the same goal difference, the higher ranking will be awarded to the team with a higher number of goals scored.

d) If equality continues, then goals from all matches played in the group will be applied.

e) If teams have the same goal difference of all matches, then the higher rank will be awarded to the team with a greater number of goals scored.

f) If two or more cooperatives are in a tie, a special minittle of these cooperatives is created, counting the results of these cooperatives with the closest co-op team outside of the original minitabase. To determine the order in a special minitabrel, the 1st points will be applied, the 2nd difference of the goals, 3. the more goals scored. If the order of at least some co-ops in a particular minitabble can be determined, the next steps will only be the order of the remaining co-ops.

g) If teams remain in a tie, the results of these teams will be used with one of the other teams located outside the minitabrel.

h) This procedure continues until all the better placed teams are counted, then each of the worse placed teams is counted separately.

i) If the two teams remain in final equality after their last match in the group, then this match will be extended according to the rule for the match played in the decision under Article 404 of the SDR.

j) If the order of the winner of the competition, the procedure for the next part of the competition, the procedure for the higher competition, the retention and the descent can not be determined according to the letter. (a) to (i) of this Article, a decisive match under Article 404 of the SDR will be ordered in the long-term competition, with the Managing Authority of the competition designating the place of the match and the organizing club. In the short-term competition there will be a shooting competition under Article 408 of the SDR.

(k) Location in other places in the table than those referred to in point j) of this article will be ranked in a split order.

PART 2 – A) PREVIOUS PLAY-OFF

To this part of the competition go cooperatives, which in the 1st part – long-term placed on the 7th – 10th place. The 3rd and 10th cooperatives will play for the 3th winning matches, with the 9th cooperative after the 1st part – long-term, with the first two matches played on the 7th and 8th coaches, the third , eventually the fourth match on the ice of the 9th and 10th cooperatives, eventual fifth match again on ice 7th and 8th cooperatives.

The match of this part of the competition, with the exception of games No. 373 and 374, shall be played in the decision pursuant to Article 404 of the SDR, provided that if the winner of the match is not determined at the basic playing time, a twenty minute extension shall be played after an eighteen- . Both teams enter with one goalie and five players in the field, the teams change their sides and defend the goal more distant to their gaming table.

If the goal is not extended, separate raids are followed to determine the winner of a match under Article 407 of the SDR, with separate raids starting with five different shooters from each team, goalie defenders the same goal as in the third period (exception from Article 407 c / SDR).

Matches 373 and 374 are played in a decision pursuant to Article 404 of the SDR, provided that if the winner of the match is not determined at the basic game time, a 20-minute extension is played after an eighteen-minute break. Both teams enter with one goalie and five players in the field, the teams change their sides and defend the goal more distant to their gaming table.

If the goal is not extended, an additional twenty minute extension is followed after an eighteen-minute break with the finish of the game, and the system is repeated until the decision is made. Before each extension, the parties change the parties.

The winning teams advance to part 3a) – Generali play-off for the title “Master of the Czech Republic”.

b) teams in 11th – 14th position on location

This part of the competition will be attended by the team, which after the 1st part – long-term placed on the 11th – 14th place. The teams will compete in two rounds each with each and with the fact that in this part of the competition the results of all matches from the 1st part – long – term will be included.

For the match, the rules apply as for the 1st part – long term. The teams, which are placed at the 13th and 14th places after the end of this part of the competition, will compete with the winning semifinalists of the Czech league I to keep in the Tipsport ELH in section 3b) o advancement to Tipsport ELH.

3. PART – A) GENERALI PLAY-OFF ABOUT THE TITLE

To this part of the competition go cooperatives, which after 1st part – long-term placed in 1st – 6th place and two winning teams from part 2a) – pre – play play – off.

All rounds of this part of the competition (quarter-finals, semifinals and finals) are played on 4 winning matches. For the compilation of pairs of all rounds of this part of the competition, the best placed team after the 1st part – long-term plays with the cooperative ranked worst, the second best placed team with the second worst cooperative, etc.

The first, second, or fifth and seventh rounds of this round of this competition are played at a better placed team after the 1st part – the long and third, the fourth or the sixth match with the team placed worse.

The matches of this part of the competition, with the exception of games No. 403 – 414, No. 423 – 428 and No. 433 – 435, shall be played in the decision pursuant to Article 404 of the SDR, provided that the winner of a match in the basic playing time , an 18-minute break with 20-minute extension is played. Both teams enter with one goalie and five players in the field, the teams change their sides and defend the goal more distant to their gaming table.

If the goal is not extended, separate raids are followed to determine the winner of a match under Article 407 of the SDR, with separate raids starting with five different shooters from each team, goalie defenders the same goal as in the third period (exception from Article 407 c / SDR).

Match No. 403 – 414, No. 423 – 428 and No. 433 – 435 are played in a decision pursuant to Article 404 of the SDR, except that if the winner of the match is not determined at the basic game time, the game is played after an eighteen minute break with an adjustment playing area of ​​20 minutes. Both teams enter with one goalie and five players in the field, the teams change their sides and defend the goal more distant to their gaming table.

If the goal is not extended, an additional twenty minute extension is followed after an eighteen-minute break with the finish of the game, and the system is repeated until the decision is made. Before each extension, the parties change the parties.

b) – the maintenance or, respectively, o advancement to Tipsport ELH

The teams, who are placed at the 13th and 14th place after the end of the 2b) – cooperatives at the 11th – 14th place, will compete with the winning semifinalists of the First League of the Czech Republic.

Teams will compete in four rounds with each other.

For the match, the rules apply as for the 1st part – long term. Teams that end in this first and second place receive the right to participate in Tipsport ELH 2018/2019 within the meaning of Article 208 of the SDS.

In this part of the competition, only those players who have played for at least 15 matches in the 2017/2018 season for the respective clubs, with the following exceptions:

i. The condition 15 played for the respective club does not have to be fulfilled by the player who joined the club or moved before 01.05.2017, and at a later period his registration rights were not transferred so that the player lost a consistent justification for starting a club, for example in connection with the realization of the hosting according to Article 26 of the Transitional Rules for Extremist Clubs and the First League (hereinafter also referred to as the “RU”).

ii. The condition 15 played for the respective club does not have to be fulfilled by the player who was authorized to play for the club until 15.12.2017 and in the following period did not play any competition for another club.

iii. The condition of 15 matches played for the respective club does not have to be fulfilled by a goalkeeper if the sum of his collected matches and the match, when he was entered in the match record without being dealt with in the course of the season, was at least 15.
